Sofi is a versatile design with wide variety of uses. It can serve as a guest house, office, hobby room, home gym or a combination of all of these. The two sash windows and large door window flood the interior with natural light, bringing an airy feeling to the interior.
The garden room is delivered as a single kit, with all the materials including windows, doors, hinges and fittings. With the help of the installation instructions and fastenings you can easily assemble the house yourself. Paint and roof cladding aren’t included, but if you want to clad the house with shingles, we offer an optional package. If you don't want to heat the building in the winter, no insulation is required. Otherwise, it’s easy to insulate the interior.
