1. Order You choose how you want to order - online direct or by talking to one of our knowledgeable experts. However you order, you can choose your preferred delivery week when ordering.
2. Order confirmation We'll send an order confirmation after you place your order - please check that everything is correct. If anything needs to be changed, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and they will help you change the order.
3. Planning for delivery Our logistics department will then go through your order and check that we can deliver on your preferred delivery week. If not, our customer service department will contact you.
4. Delivery When the order has been sent, you'll receive an email from us. No later than the day before delivery, you'll receive a text or telephone call from the delivery company with information about the day and time of delivery.
