Adding just one extra room to your living arrangement can have a huge and positive impact on your daily life. You may not realise how simple and affordable this improvement actually is! With one of our free-standing self-assembly garden room kits, you can enjoy this extra space in just a few days.
Choose your plot and level it carefully. Replace the top layer of soil with gravel, lay out the masonry blocks or plinths and link them together with joist beams. Then unpack the kit and assemble the wall sections one by one. Our kits include the material for the house, windows, door, screw, nails, drawings and assembly instructions.
Paint for the facade and roof cladding is not included. The flat roof makes this an easy task to complete with tiles, roof felt, or sheet metal.
