Eva is a beautiful and large garden house covering 30 square metres. The two glass walls offer a superb natural light for the front room. The triangular gable window also helps to add an airy feel to the high ceiling, creating an open and spacious atmosphere. The living room is centrally located in the house and from here you can climb up to the large sleeping loft with space for two beds.
Eva is delivered untreated and without roofing so you can choose the materials and surface treatments to match your design or taste. The house comes as a kit that you assemble yourself, and all parts are included in the delivery. The house is made from timber - a classic and long lasting way to build a house. After studying the manual, it is relatively easy to interlock the notched timber and this is something even those without previous construction experience can undertake with confidence. Should you have any questions or difficulties along the way - you can always call us.
Eva is a versatile and spacious garden house. You can choose how you want to use the rooms on the ground floor, creating a larger kitchen, for example. The possibilities for a comfortable compact living are endless!
