The Garden House Maja is a cosy wooden house that allows the view and surroundings to become part of the interior. The living room has high ceilings and an angled glass section with a wide view and pleasant natural light. Through the sliding doors, you can step straight out onto the terrace or patio. With three rooms and a loft of about eight square metres, it is easy to furnish a comfortable home for a small family or guests. The Maja garden house is calmly and sustainably designed to remain relevant for a long time. Here, many generations of guests will enjoy a nature-close living space.

The house is designed with sustainability and flexibility in focus, both in terms of design and construction. The natural wood facade is combined with an adaptable floor plan. The load-bearing interior wall can be moved to enlarge the living room from 17.7 m² to 20.4 m². You can also choose between three different placements of the wall between the two smaller rooms. The enclosed manual contains more detailed descriptions of the different placements. Remember that you also have the option of reversing the entire house and swapping the long sides of the house.
