The Molly garden house, with three rooms and a loft, offers everything you need to furnish a comfortable guesthouse. Since the living room functions as the house’s heart and gathering place, it is furnished with large glazed double doors and windows. This provides space, views, and a natural passage to the garden or patio outside. The short side has a practical entrance where you can leave your shoes. The classic design, along with the wooden exterior, makes Molly a durable house that will welcome many generations of guests.
The room layout is flexible and adaptable. The load-bearing inner wall can be moved to give more space to the living room, from 17.7 m² to 20.4 m². You can also choose between three different placements of the wall between the two smaller rooms. The included manual contains detailed descriptions of the different options. Remember that you also have the option to mirror the entire house and switch the long sides.
The garden house is delivered as a smooth planed and untreated construction kit to your property.
