Olivia is a smartly designed three-room garden house with a sleeping loft that is self-assembled with a kit. The facade includes an inviting double door, with panoramic windows on each side providing both excellent natural light for the interior and superb views. Inside there is a bathroom and a bedroom/kitchen/study, and above these rooms there is a large sleeping loft with room for beds just below the ceiling.
All the wood, including the notched-timber wall planks, is delivered as a kit complete with windows, doors, screws and nails. Assembly is straightforward and can be undertaken with confidence even if you lack construction experience. Insulation, roofing, gutters and other aspects are available for purchase as optional extras, enabling you to tailor the kit to meet your exact needs.
