Garden house Wilma is a well-planned small wooden house with great potential and sustainable design. An enduring house that will welcome generations of guests with warmth. The beautiful wooden facade is combined with a flexible floor plan that allows you to customise the size of the rooms. The short sides are protected from view with a pleasant entrance from the side. The living room has generous glass surfaces with double doors that provide the opportunity to open up the front of the house and create a natural passage between indoor and outdoor life. With thoughtful details and floor plans, this is a house where it is easy for guests to enjoy themselves.
Because the house is designed with versatility in mind, the size of the rooms can be customised. The load-bearing interior wall can be moved to give more space to the living room, from 17.7 m² to 20.4 m². You can also choose between three different positions of the wall between the two smaller rooms. The accompanying manual provides detailed descriptions of the different options. Remember that you also have the option of mirroring the whole house and changing the position of the long sides.
