Garden house Molly with three rooms and an attic offers everything you need to furnish a comfortable guest house. As the living room is the heart and meeting point of the house, it is equipped with large glazed double doors and windows, providing both space, views, and a natural transition to the garden or outdoor terrace. On the short side, there is a practical entrance where you can leave your shoes. The classic design combined with the wooden facade makes Molly a sustainable house that will welcome many generations of guests.
The layout of the rooms is flexible and adaptable. The load-bearing interior walls can be moved to create more space in the living area, from 17.7 m² to 20.4 m². You can also choose between three different positions of the wall between the two smaller rooms. Detailed descriptions of the various options are provided in the included manual. Remember that you also have the option to mirror the entire house and swap the positions of the long sides.
Garden House Molly is delivered as a smooth and untreated kit to your property.
