Attefallshus Lukas is a beautiful garden house with an open and inviting floor plan. The living room features generous glazing on two sides, integrating the surrounding views into the interior. Through the double doors, you have a natural passage to the patio or garden. With ample ceiling height, it's easy to furnish the house efficiently while maintaining an airy atmosphere. With classic details such as a gable roof and beautiful timber exterior, Attefallshuset Lukas is designed to withstand the test of time and welcome many generations of guests.
The floor plan is flexible and adaptable. The load-bearing interior wall can be moved to provide more space for the living room, from 17.7 m² to 20.4 m². You can also choose from three different placements of the wall between the two smaller rooms. Detailed descriptions of the various options are provided in the accompanying manual. Remember that you also have the option to mirror the entire house and switch the positions of the long sides.
