30 sqm garden house Axel is a Scandinavian-designed wooden house with finely glazed double doors that integrate the house with the garden. Together with the charming crescent window, it makes the living room bathe in light. The windows are strategically placed so that the largest room is easy to furnish space-efficiently. With its cosy floor plan, high ceilings and beautiful wooden exterior, garden house Axel is made to create a long-lasting and comfortable guesthouse.
The house is designed with sustainability and versatility in mind, both in terms of design and construction. The beautiful wooden facade is combined with a flexible floor plan for optimal utilisation of space. You can adapt the load-bearing inner wall to increase the size of the living room from 17.7 m² to 20.4 m² and choose between three different positions of the wall between the two smaller rooms. The accompanying manual provides detailed descriptions of all options. In addition, you can mirror the house and change the position of the long sides. Thus, the garden house Axel offers everything you need to create a comfortable living space in a small area.
