A free-standing garden room is a versatile way to add more space, regardless of whether you need a guest house, storage room for tools and outdoor furniture, workshop or hobby room. Or a clever combination of all of the above!

Our Utö model has a traditional glazed window and door, creating an airy and light-filled interior. The other three walls are windowless allowing you to easily furnish the space with whatever furniture you desire. The clear, unhindered walls are also very easy to insulate should you wish to use the space all year round.

The garden room is delivered as a kit with prefabricated wall sections. Assembling the house with the included nails and screws can be done by two people in less than a day, even if you have no previous building experience. Paint and roof cladding aren’t included and you choose if you want to cover the house with roofing felt, sheet metal, shingles or other suitable material.
