Montrose is a open and airy garden house designed around two adjacent rooms on the same level and a covered terrace. This versatile space can serve as a year-round home, guest house, office or hobby room. The house is delivered in a kit which you assemble yourself on a suitable site in the garden. The classic notched-timber wall profiles, doors and windows made of double insulating glass, complete with handles and hinges are included in the package together with screws, nails and easy to follow installation instructions.

Start by levelling the building plot. Dig out the top layer of soil and fill with gravel, install plinths and link them together with joists. Then assemble the house according to our instructions. This normally takes a day or two even if you have no previous building experience.

Roofing is not included. Choose between, for example, sheet metal, roofing felt, shingles and bricks, and paint the facade in a colour that suits your tastes and surroundings.
