Cold floors can be pretty unpleasant, so adding insulation will keep the warmth in and the cold out. It's best to insulate the floor during the assembly process because doing it afterwards can be more complicated. 

Don't worry, we've got you covered - everything you need is included in the package, but you might need to make some small adjustments.
